Irving B. “Chip” Goldstein
Mr. Goldstein was born and raised in Newport News. He attended grade school at Hampton Institute-now known as Hampton University-middle school in Newport News public schools, and high school at Hampton Roads Academy in Newport News. Upon admission to the Virginia State Bar, he practiced with the largest and oldest firm on the Virginia Peninsula. On June 1, 2001, he opened his sole practice, which has grown into the current firm. His practice, experience, and reputation as a competent, compassionate attorney have continued to grow steadily.
Frank A. Edgar, Jr.
Frank practices general commercial litigation with a focus on business torts, defamation, contract and real estate disputes, security clearance challenges, zoning cases, and labor & employment matters. Frank represents businesses of all sizes, as well as individuals, whenever disagreements arise in commercial transactions, and has successfully tried and won cases in both state and federal trial courts. He particularly enjoys helping his clients succeed by keeping them focused on their own goals, so they can get on with their business and focus on the work they love.
Christopher P. Reagan
Mr. Reagan was born in Rochester Minnesota, and moved to Newport News in 1980. He attended high school at Hampton Roads Academy in Newport News. After Law school he worked briefly for a large firm in Buffalo, New York. Upon admission to the Virginia State Bar, he began his career with the Office of the Public Defender in Suffolk, Virginia until 2002. After engaging in private practice focused on Criminal and Family Law, he started his own firm in 2010. Ultimately, Chris merged his firm with Mr. Goldstein’s firm in 2015.
