Biography: Mr. Goldstein was born and raised in Newport News. He attended grade school at Hampton Institute-now known as Hampton University-middle school in Newport News public schools, and high school at Hampton Roads Academy in Newport News. Upon admission to the Virginia State Bar, he practiced with the largest and oldest firm on the Virginia Peninsula. On June 1, 2001, he opened his sole practice, which has grown into the current firm. His practice, experience, and reputation as a competent, compassionate attorney have continued to grow steadily.

His family immigrated to the United States in the early 1900s, and one of his grandfathers and both of his parents were born on the Virginia Peninsula. His father is a lawyer, and his mother is a retired grade school principal.

He and his firm approach the business of law as an obligation of honor, to help those in need and correct inequities, and-with compassion and enthusiasm-to zealously represent the interests of his clients.
